An actioner that has some interesting twists and turns and heroic moments… Loses grip intermittently [second half], also gets predictable, but brilliant action, gripping finale and #SidharthMalhotra’s super act are a big plus. #YodhaReview

Debutant directors Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha handle the dramatic moments well, but tend to take the easy, predictable route as far as writing is concerned… Also, the film could’ve done with a better soundtrack, although the background score is effective.

#Yodha belongs to #SidharthMalhotra from Scene A to Z, but the written material gives substantial importance to some pivotal characters: #RaashiiKhanna is top notch, #DishaPatani springs a wonderful surprise and #SunnyHinduja is first-rate.
