I will first of all set a Northern Nigeria Development Authority, with independent international oversight.
Invest in human capital first, then enablers like critical infrastructure and security…then I will invest in multipliers like agriculture and value chain addition….lastly I will turn to critical industries that drive job creation in the short term.
Sometimes i think about Allah and tears roll down my cheeks, may Allah grant us his sincere worship and Eternal peace in his presence. Always remember Akhirah is the only goal, this dunya isn't worth it at all.
The Friday Mosque of Zaria shows the sophistication of Hausa architecture in northern Nigeria. Built in the mid-19th century by the famous Hausa master builder Mallam Mika’ilu / Babban Gwani, its interior used massive earthen piers, ribbed arches, domes, and carved geometric decoration to create a powerful sacred space.
The mosque I prayed at Ijesha are trying to raise #3.5m for a solar setup project.
I have done my bit.
Please if you can, donate to this cause to ensure the mosque functions effectively.

Please RT. Thanks.
The textile dominance of the Hausa was so significant that from as early as the 14th century, much of the Central and Western Sudan from Senegal through Mali, Niger, and Northern Nigeria was largely clothed in trousers, robes, and shirts produced in Hausa cities by the Hausas.

JAZZAKUMULLAHU KHAIRAN.
Daddy, good evening, sir.
I’m very sorry for disturbing you at this hour, sir. I know you are probably resting and watching the news, but I felt it was important to bring this matter to your attention before it gets out of hand.
Sir, you remember your daughter that you handed over to me in holy matrimony…..yes sir, the same one we prayed over in church. Sir, there has been a development.
Earlier this evening, sir, she fried plantain. Not small plantain o, sir. Golden brown, well-sliced, as a responsible husband and law-abiding citizen of the household, I positioned myself patiently, believing that in the spirit of marriage, partnership, and the vows we all witnessed that day, a portion would naturally find its way to me. But sir, nothing came.
Sir, I’m not calling to fight. I just felt it was important that you, as her father, are aware of the operational pattern we are witnessing here. Maybe there was an instruction manual that did not get to me during the handover ceremony.
All I’m asking for, sir, is guidance. Because if plantain can elude me today, tomorrow it might be fried yam, next tomorrow maybe asaro, and before you know it sir, we are dealing with a full-blown food distribution crisis in the marriage.
Thank you for your time, sir. Please greet Mummy for me.
