The Somerset Farmhouse of 1 North Street, Williton were approached by a "food influencer" that wanted to charge them £2,000 for a review.
They put out a video of Sally eating a sausage roll instead 😆.
Lets make Sally and the Somerset Farmhouse famous for free.
As part of the club's work alongside the Premier League on the Together Against Suicide campaign, Arsenal are offering a specialised suicide prevention drop-in service on Sunday at the Man City game.
The service, which is confidential, will be open at The Arsenal Hub two hours before kick-off on Sunday, during the match and two hours after full-time.
You don't need an appointment. If you want to talk, need guidance, help, anything, just drop in and have a chat.
The drop-in hub will give fans the opportunity to speak to an NHS mental health specialist nurse at every Premier League match this season.
The Arsenal Hub is directly next to Emirates Stadium at 56 Benwell Road, N7 7BA.
@AndyWadley@Stormcloyd I agree with everyone else, this is not right. Do you have a smart meter? We set our heating to 20C in a reasonable size house and paying around £250 a month (still way too much).
@AFC_GLEN Apparently if they have a speed monitor box it’s massively cheaper. My mate said his daughters was £4,000 but with one of those £1,600. Still disgusting
@CycleKate@dobo99@FrazHoehle If any contractor didn’t want to be clear about material cost I would see as a red flag and would go elsewhere. As I say in my experience contractors I’ve worked with have always been honest about material uplift.
@CycleKate@dobo99@FrazHoehle It’s a completely different scenario to be honest and not the same. However, as I am in the industry I would personally have an understanding of the material costs before I agreed with any works. I’m all for everyone making a few quid 💷
@na_croi@dobo99@FrazHoehle Absolutely. As someone who deals with tradespeople everyday I would probably veer in that direction. Always an interesting subject though and interesting to read people’s experiences.
@dobo99@FrazHoehle To be fair I think it’s acceptable to ask to see the material costs. However, all tradespeople are quite rightly entitled to put an uplift on. In my experience a 15-20% uplift is about right.
