Musings:

· Given the horizon to maturity on both papers (i.e. 7.5 years for IFB1/2018/15 & 15.6 years for IFB1/2022/19), GOK seems keen on netting investor appetite across both mid-range & long-term
· A fairly aggressive start on the borrowing front given that net domestic financing for 2025/26 is pencilled in at Kes 635.5 billion, reasonably below the Kes 815.58 billion that 2024/25 closed at per Supp. Budget III numbers
