@18002096006 It’s been a month now since our complaint and there is no response or resolution. Ms. Deenika has taken no efforts to solve the issue and seems to be in cahoots with Mr Dinesh in scamming customers with defective cars.
@anandmahindra Sir we recently bought 7XO from Koncept Mahindra Safdarjung Delhi and the car had 2 issues since day one. The issues were known to the PDI team, they failed to rectify it and delivered us the car with the issues and without informing us.
@MyNykaa what kind of scam are you guys running ? My Nykaa Now order was supposed to be delivered in 60 mins. It’s been more than 10 hours and it hasn’t been dispatched. Customer care says I can’t cancel it, until it is shipped. What idiotic policy is this. Delay is the issue !!
@anandmahindra Sir it’s been a week now, and only once MS Deenika along with Mr Dinesh reached out and tried to intimidate us by telling us it’s our fault and we should have checked the car properly. It’s not tier responsibility to check the car.
@18002096006@anandmahindra Sir today Ms Deenika reached out on conference with the showroom GM Mr Dinesh and instead of acknowledging the fact hat they have lied and misled us they are blaming us for not checking the vehicle and that small issues are common in Mahindra I should live with it.
We have also raised the issue over mail and was told Mr Deepika Gupta would look into it and reach out but she hasn’t. We feel cheated after paying for a flagship product and receiving a car with defects.
I had made a payment of ₹1338 but the booking couldn’t be completed. After numerous follow ups I was refunded ₹839. I guess ₹499 is the cost of running and maintaining a scam to lure other customers. #madeinindia#scam
@yash1t_b it is ironic to see how an owner of a scam company only tweets about exposing scams of bigger companies. Hoora is the biggest scam in market right now. My amount for booking and black membership is not being refunded citing company policy.
@yash1t_b@RBI@HDFC_Bank Our money is not safe with Hoora either. Atleast banks tell you they are deducting money. Hoora just loots it and doesn’t respond.
@dominos_india your whole concept is based on food packed in cardboard boxes. You have no dine in cutlery option. Then why do you charge packaging charges ? It makes absolutely no sense. It’s like a fruit or vegetable seller charging extra because there is LPG shortage.
@zomatocare the is undercooked, vegetables in the pasta are raw. On top of that I’m being denied a refund. How is it my mistake the food is raw. I ordered from Zomato not blink it.
@zomatocare I had ordered a pasta from nomad which was delayed and then delivered without the bread. I reached out to customer support team they told me restaurant is not responding with can give you a coupon, when I denied Ms Pahlavi cut the call and closed the chat.
@makemytrip I had booked a flight ticket last night. Since then the status is stuck on Booking Confirmation Awaited. I have raised it multiple times but no resolution has been provided.
@zomatocare this is the second time I have sent non veg food when I had ordered veg. Earlier I had let it go thinking it was an isolated incident but it has happened again
@SwiggyCares@SwiggyInstamart@PMOIndia It is pathetic how customer support keeps asking for same details again and again to keep the customer stuck in a loop. It’s been more than 20 days and the money still hasn’t been refunded. Swiggy has clearly adopted fraudulent practices to earn money.
@SwiggyInstamart Wife ordered silver coins on Dhanteras and was charged more than the MRP, which was raised immediately to customer support over chat, but even after multiple mails and reminders the difference amount hasn’t been refunded. Swiggy is openly running a money scam.
