Why flight tickets are so expensive from Bangalore to Prayagraj costing more than 20k one side even for lucknow, Varanasi, Ayodhya?No limit on prices one cannot travel in case of emergency !!such a high prices.

Still no resolution on claim ID 1212584 though legal decision was in my favor and received the order on 26th Sept 2023 . Please look into the matter with the current service request 21404886. Also demanding interest penalty for too much delay.

Claim 1212584 is again rejected without consideration of the letter given by the hospital which clearly states there is no past history of CKD and on what basis this hospital letter is not a proof ?

For claim 1212584 Medical team from Fortis clearly said no past history of CKD from 30yrs then why claim is getting rejected again ? Refer the attached letter with facts. It is unacceptable.

Policy was taken for duration of 3 yrs in Mar 2022 how come you guys can cancel it giving the reason which does not even exist to the patient.

Why claim is getting rejected when there is no such illness, Diabetes was disclosed before taking the policy and cancer was detected in Dec 2022 for which claim is raised and policy was taken in Mar 2022.
