It is time to end this war. But Russia’s ruler wants to keep fighting. That is why Ukrainian sanctions against this aggression are working. Last night, our drones covered a distance of about 1,000 kilometers to the St. Petersburg region – to the enemy navy’s arsenals and a base in Kronstadt. Our long-range sanctions also reached about 500 kilometers into the Krasnodar region – and hit an oil depot. These are important results of the joint efforts by warriors from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, and the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine. Russia must end its war and stop its attacks on life. Any manifestation of injustice against Ukraine will receive a just response. I thank our warriors for their precision.
Actions speak louder than words.
Yesterday, Putin said he was willing to compromise if Ukraine did the same. Zelenskyy immediately responded with an open invitation for a one-on-one meeting.
Russia’s next step?
An overnight strike on the Yagotynske for Children plant in the Kyiv region, which produces food for children. 7 people were injured, and 4 were killed.
The same night, Russia also struck food warehouses and a postal facility in the Dnipro region, an ambulance in the Kherson region, a school in the Sumy region, port infrastructure in the Odesa region, residential buildings, and an outpatient clinic in the Kharkiv region.
Russia itself remains the only obstacle to peace.
"The root cause of this war is Russian imperialism — the belief that Vladimir Putin has the right to decide who can and cannot be a nation.
We will resist you every inch of the way.
This is the last colonial war in Europe."
- Radoslaw Sikorski
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland
This is not a movie about meteor showers before the apocalypse; this is Russia bombing Kyiv last night. A city with several million people in it - children, the elderly, and normal families just like yours.
I told CNN that people outside Ukraine don't understand how intense Russian attacks are. Ukrainians die and these deaths could have been prevented with better Western supplies of Patriots.
This is painful. It's unjust. But we're resolved. We accept it. What choice do we have.

"What I saw in Ukraine was horrifying. Russia launched missiles and drones at men, women and children sleeping in their homes, tried to take down the energy grid for millions of Ukrainians, and committed war crimes and atrocities at a level we haven't seen since WW2.
I resigned because the policy was to put pressure on the victim, Ukraine, rather than on the aggressor, Russia.
Respect to this woman 🫡
This is not World War II footage.
This is Toretsk, Ukraine — and it’s not as far away as you think.
A city that once had over 30,000 residents. Now almost completely erased.
There is no excuse for this. None.
For weeks, Irish politicians have dodged questions about the refinery in Ireland supplying Russia’s war machine.
So I tracked down government minister Niall Collins at a farming show.
He refuses to back sanctions & his stance was worse than I expected.
Avoidance.
Every sign at this refinery in Ireland is in russian. The official website is a .RU domain.
There’s no reason to hide it because local politicians are openly doing it for them.
In the Donetsk region, the Russians are quite simply burning everything alive.
Footage of burning phosphorus rain over Kostyantynivka.
White phosphorus ignites spontaneously and burns at temperatures exceeding 800°C. If it comes into contact with a human being, it causes deep chemical and thermal burns. Phosphorus is nearly impossible to extinguish with ordinary water; its combustion is accompanied by the release of dense, toxic smoke that instantly sears the respiratory tract. Moreover, the resulting widespread fires and the long-lasting chemical contamination of the soil make this weapon a devastating threat to all living beings in the vicinity of the impact site.
Russia is cancer.
One of the most terrible things we will have to face in the future is learning, one way or another, how many people died in Mariupol in the spring of 2022, when Russia was leveling the city to the ground along with its inhabitants.
Among them were my former classmate and the father of a good friend of mine.
And how many more remain unknown to us, lying in the vast anonymous mass graves on the outskirts of Mariupol, visible even in satellite images.
If we give the Ukrainians Patriots and sanction Russian energy the war is over. In other words, US policy at present is to keep the war going.

We still remember the London Blitz, which lasted eight months. Ukraine has been under attack for fifty-one months. You can help defend Ukrainians from missiles and drones.

Russia is not only occupying Ukrainian territory. It is replacing its people
Ukraine’s military intelligence @DI_Ukraine says Moscow is reshaping the population of occupied areas by moving in Russian citizens, appointing Russian officials and offering subsidised mortgages and land plots.
In Crimea alone, about 4,000 people from Russia received land plots in 2025.
The demographic cost is visible. In occupied Donetsk region, natural population growth in 2025 was minus 9.9% — 2.4 times worse than Russia’s average. Deaths among working-age people reached 10,900.
Mortality from injuries and external causes stood at 146.1 per 100,000 people. More than 83% were of working age.
This is forced demographic engineering: displacement, depopulation and the artificial alteration of Ukrainian territories under occupation.
Occupation is not administration. It is erasure by policy.
And if your country ever becomes next in line for a Russian invasion, you can already see what awaits: occupation, replacement and the slow destruction of your people’s future.

Denmark’s P M Mette Frederiksen on Ukraine, NATO & Russia:
"The main reason Ukraine is still standing is Ukraine.
It's not because of the rest of us."
"We've been asking them to fight for the entire E U with one hand tied on their back."
"That has been a big mistake!"
Russia is weakening, and Putin needs to buy time. That’s why Moscow wants Europe cast as a “neutral mediator,” which is impossible.
Europe supports Ukraine and its own security. The focus must stay on increasing pressure on Russia until it is serious about peace negotiations.
What Ukraine is doing right now is working. I’ve been speaking to units recently and it seems the Russian southern front is in a dire situation. The main highway that supplies Kherson and Crimea has been totally cut. I’ve not seen it this bad for the Russians and it seems they literally have no way to stop this.
Russian military bloggers are going nuts. Analysts have stated outright that logistics across Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts are completely disrupted. Ukrainian drones are striking rail junctions, fuel trains and supply convoys on a daily basis. Crimea is already facing fuel shortages and restrictions on basic goods. The land corridor Moscow spent years building is falling apart under sustained pressure.
In Oleshky, Enerhodar and other occupied towns near the front, Ukrainian drones have been constantly destroying Russian drone teams. I’ve been shown videos of this today’s
These are the same units that turned the killing of civilians into an open sport known as the human safari. They hunted people at bus stops, in markets and in farm fields with FPV drones fitted with explosives. Now they are being taken out at scale.
At the same time Ukrainian long-range systems are striking the very military facilities Russian state media once showed off with pride. Oil storage sites, command posts and radar stations in occupied Crimea and the rear areas are burning. This level of sustained damage to Russian rear infrastructure has not been seen since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
Inside Russia the panic is obvious and spreading . Military bloggers are openly discussing the risk of a major Ukrainian breakthrough, possibly through the dried-out basin of the Kakhovka reservoir where the terrain has changed dramatically.
They are warning that if Ukrainian forces exploit the gaps created by the logistics collapse, Russian positions could unravel quickly. Reinforcements would have to be rushed in under constant drone attack, and the routes are already compromised.
If Ukraine continues this tactic, it’s going to be the worst year on record for Russia. They literally have no way to stop this.
SNYDER: Our entire diplomatic process has been reduced to only two negotiators: president’s son-in-law and president’s friend. They are not diplomats.
You would probably say, “That looks incredibly corrupt,” and you would also say, “That looks like it could never work.”
And it can never work. It won’t work with Ukraine, it won’t work with Iran. In fact, it has already failed with both Ukraine and Iran.
But the deeper problem is that United States cannot help anyone negotiate an end to a war unless United States has clear sense of its own interests.
And Trump administration does not operate on the basis of American interests. It operates on the basis of what is convenient for few people around Trump.
"We will fight until all Russian forces are expelled from Ukrainian territory, including Donbas and Crimea.
The war will continue until Ukraine restores control over all its internationally recognized territory"
