@KishanVish37393@Flipkart@flipkartsupport It will not deliver anyways even though it reaches your nearest centre such a disgusting thing. Makes delays and cancels order without consent.
Ordered in saled
Delayed by weeks
Today it got cancelled
Masterclass support by @Flipkart@flipkartsupport thanks for it.
It's just like a scam keeping discounts for sale and whenever we pay and order these it was getting cancelled forcefully by flipkart. #flipkartscam
@ShaktiN08@Flipkart@flipkartsupport 100% such an irresponsive and arrogant behaviour they just tell us sorry for the delay and order will get cancelled anyways. If you bought in sale remember it's 💯 scam and fraud by flipkart.
@bmd0002@Flipkart@flipkartsupport Absolutely it's is like mandatory for every order they just loot us. Once upon a time the best platform. Now they just work for looting the people just by doing fraud and scam.
FROM ORDER PLACED TO TWO WEEKS OF FAILURE ₹1.43 LAKH PAID, EMI STARTED, STILL NO LAPTOP, STILL NO OWNERSHIP.
@Flipkart@flipkartsupport@consaff@jagograhakjago@NCH1915@PIBConsumerFood@barandbench@LiveLawIndia@BandBajaateRaho@_Kalyan_K
I am putting the entire timeline in one place because I am exhausted from explaining the same issue to a new person every day.
Order placed: 2 July 2026 Expected delivery: 6 July 2026 Today: 19 July 2026 Amount paid: ₹1,43,685 Payment method: EMI and SuperCoins
The laptop reached the local Marathahalli hub on 6 July. Since then, this has become an endless cycle of failed promises, contradictory information and complete absence of accountability.
What has happened
The order has repeatedly been marked “Out for Delivery.”
Each time, I kept myself available, postponed work, cancelled personal plans, kept the exchange laptop and charger ready, and arranged for someone to remain at the address until 11 PM.
Then the delivery did not happen.
The delivery executive was repeatedly unreachable or switched off.
Ekart tracking repeatedly changed between:
Out for Delivery → Operational Issue → Undelivered → Out for Delivery Again
Customer care repeatedly told me:
“Wait another 24–48 hours.” “The backend team is working.” “A specialist will contact you.” “You will receive an update shortly.”
Ekart repeatedly said:
“Heavy load.” “Operational issue.”
The hub told me to contact customer care.
Customer care told me to contact logistics.
The delivery executive said he had no information.
The social-media team kept sending the same copied replies and asking me to check DM.
Nobody took ownership.
I visited the hub myself
I went to the Marathahalli hub more than once.
On one visit, I was told the laptop had been sent with the rider, but even the hub staff could not contact him.
On another visit, the laptop was reportedly at the hub, but no exchange executive was available.
If self-collection was possible, why was I never properly informed?
I repeatedly told Flipkart that I was ready to collect the laptop from the hub myself. I only asked them to confirm the process, inform Ekart and provide the exact payable amount in writing.
Even that basic coordination was not done.
The exchange process also failed
My old laptop works but has physical damage, including cracks and hinge-related damage.
I selected the condition available on Flipkart and accepted the displayed exchange terms.
During one attempt, the executive did not conduct the proper assessment mentioned in Flipkart’s process and rejected the exchange verbally.
I was also told that I could still receive the new laptop by paying the applicable difference.
But every person gives a different answer.
The invoice mentions ₹4,500. The order page shows ₹4,600 exchange value. There is also a ₹30,000 exchange benefit displayed.
Yet nobody can confirm the final amount in writing.
The executive does not know.
The hub does not know.
Customer care gives different answers.
At least tell me the correct amount so I can pay it and receive the product.
Repeated “Want Order” messages
Flipkart has repeatedly sent:
“Avoid Cancellation — Confirm Order Choice.”
I selected “Want Order.”
Then the same message came again.
I selected “Want Order” again.
Let me make this absolutely clear:
I WANT THE ORDER. I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED THE ORDER. I PAID FOR THE ORDER.
Stop asking whether I want it.
The real question is whether Flipkart intends to deliver it.
Grievance escalation also failed
I first emailed the Grievance Officer on 9 July 2026.
Flipkart publicly describes the Grievance Officer as the final escalation level for unresolved complaints and indicates a response within 24–48 hours.
Ten days have passed since my first grievance escalation.
Still, there has been no meaningful response addressing the actual questions.
I asked for:
confirmation that the order would be protected;
a confirmed delivery arrangement;
coordination of a trained exchange executive;
confirmation of the exchange and Open Box Delivery terms;
the exact additional payable amount;
the name or designation of the person taking ownership.
None of these points has been properly answered.
The impact on my life
For two weeks, this order has controlled my daily routine.
I have postponed work.
I have missed deadlines.
I have cancelled personal plans.
My friend left his office and waited at my room with the exchange laptop.
I repeatedly remained available until 11 PM.
I have spent hours calling customer care, contacting the hub, messaging social-media support and writing grievance emails.
I have work.
I have family.
I have responsibilities.
I have a life outside this order.
I cannot continue sacrificing every day for another fake “Out for Delivery” update and another 24–48-hour promise.
At one point, while I was explaining how badly this was affecting me, the customer-care representative appeared to be speaking to colleagues instead of properly listening.
Am I not worth being heard?
Is my ₹1.43 lakh payment not valuable?
Is my time worthless?
Is my mental peace meaningless?
What Flipkart keeps saying
“We understand your concern.” “We are working on it.” “A specialist has been assigned.” “The backend team is handling it.” “Please wait another 24–48 hours.” “Please check your DM.” “Please remain patient.”
These are not solutions.
A callback is not a resolution.
A DM containing another apology is not a resolution.
A specialist repeating the same script is not a resolution.
Another 24–48-hour promise is not a resolution.
Where is a customer supposed to go?
Customer care failed.
Ekart failed.
The hub failed.
The delivery coordination failed.
The social-media escalation failed.
The backend team remains invisible.
The grievance channel failed to provide a meaningful response.
So where exactly is a customer supposed to go when every level of the system fails?
My money has value. My time has value. My work has value. My family time has value. My dignity has value. My mental peace has value.
I am not asking for sympathy.
I am asking Flipkart to take responsibility for a product it sold, accepted payment for and assigned to its delivery network.
I need one senior and accountable official to:
take complete ownership of the case;
coordinate directly with Ekart and the hub;
confirm the exact payable amount in writing;
arrange the exchange or direct hub handover;
preserve the promised delivery and exchange terms;
complete the delivery without another meaningless delay.
Order placed on 2 July. Expected on 6 July. Today is 19 July. Two weeks of failure. ₹1,43,685 paid. EMI started. “Want Order” confirmed repeatedly. Still no laptop. Still no exact amount. Still no ownership.
No more bot replies. No more invisible backend teams. No more “heavy load.” No more fake deadlines. No more harassment.
Take ownership and deliver the laptop.

@TaklaPiro Waiting for longtime for the delivery and bringing discounts at sale isn't scam? Even though they had done refund it nearly took for 2 weeks is this the right way?
@apurvchoudhary0@Flipkart@flipkartsupport There would be no solution for any issues like this they just scam us and say sorry that it. We just need to boycott this.
@flipkartsupport@flipkart is such a blunder by making orders here as they really making people deaf and dumb. Absolutely blunder cheating and making people scam by bringing up the sale as a name of fraud they just keep the order alive until the sale ends and they start the game.
