3 weeks today since my shoulder replacement, bruising and swelling almost gone..tougher exercises from today..oh deep joy, what a rock n roll life I lead 😉

@kuczynski_ewa Mine tried everything to stop me having surgery, all the tales and misery and death, the usual 🙄 tried fobbing me off with injections, I refused, then kept saying “oh yes, it’s very very bad, broken in 3 places, humeral head smashed, yea but injection will sort it 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
