@TUIUK been trying to call with regards a holiday payment. Now spent two hours queuing yesterday and two hours today to not have my call answered yet you keep emailing me. Been into the store who tell me to call you. Shocking customer service!

@HeyMissSmith Just did the same! It was hard work - whilst everyone speaks English, I did feel lost and also hated the fact they had to change their language to converse with me in their country! I got an A at GCSE - it did not help ๐๐๐

@virginmedia Totally dissatisfied! Internet down at the start of Dec for week - gave us a super hub to fix it. Now down again and waited in pointlessly for engineer to call. Told itโll be several more days until they come. 12 days of the month so far! Appalling customer service!
@virginmedia I appreciate that but we wanted to give over the 30 days and got told we couldnโt! We had to phone on the exact day or get charged early cancellation. We were trying to still cancel on the 7th Feb when our contract ends
@virginmedia Interesting that we called to leave and as our contract expires on 7th Feb, we cannot advise you of this until the 7th January or weโd be trying to terminate early and would incur charges. Have been told we have to call back on the 7th January! Ridiculous
