@greateranglia on the 8.15 from Chelmsford to Liverpool Street and announcement says non folded bikes not allowed, so why are there 3 bikes on here blocking seats leaving others standing. The owners of the bikes are all sitting down!

@FirstEssex why is the 07.43 c5 always later leaving Heath Drive? Seems to ignore the term time departure of 07.43 and leaves at 07.48 all the time meaning it gets stuck in traffic! What’s the point of the term time earlier departure if it’s not stuck to?

@greateranglia 8.09 from Chelmsford to Liverpool Street - all the floors are wet. Looked like it was through the whole train as I was walking down the platform. Very slippery!

@waitrose can you tell your delivery drivers not to block the driveway of people they’re not delivering to! Also partly blocking my neighbour to the left but not delivering to us! There’s plenty of space on the other side of the road without blocking both drives and the pavement!
