@GambitoHdez @SalCervantes75 Also you've got to look out for what day of the month you're closing, because that can change the number of days of Interest owed. If the loan includes escrow requirements or PMI, that can change a lot of details about monthly costs and cash due at close, too.

@GambitoHdez @SalCervantes75 It's not just interest rates; sometimes mortgage companies lower interest rates by charging points on the mortgage, which is interest you pay up front. This can drastically change cash due at closing, which isn't always a good option. Message me directly and I'll help

Racism is a learned behavior. So is anti-racism. So I talked to my sons (ages 7 & 9) today.
