Hey recruits. I have a favor. If you reach out regarding our program. First off, thank you. We appreciate the interest. With that being said please do your research. I had MULTIPLE athletes send me schedules and I took the time to go watch them. Waited till the game was over to speak with them. They knew nothing about our university or program. I have no problem setting up a phone call or answering any questions via email or text you may have leading up to a tournament.

When you initially reach out. We are researching you, you should do the same.

My point is. Make sure you are truly interested in the academic and athletic side of things before you hit the “send” button.

Hope this helps so there is no awkwardness when you finally meet the coach.

Summer work is off to a great start, I worked up to 525lbs for 3 reps on safety bar squat. Along with some great agility and explosive work.
