@ci_elem @gfletchy @PennieKimbrough @mcorley75 A1: We use a lot of count the room. At the beginning of the year we related it to a number line and started with 1. Now we skip count, start with a number like 22 and skip count by 10s (32, 42, 52...). We even count backwards with it. All students are engaged!

@Pride_BHarris I learned a lot from the subitizing video! I'm a little late in the game on it, but I am going to give them a situation like the candy in the hands and talk to them about counting to compare more and less.
