Effective Principals are careful not to micromanage when they delegate something to an AP or staff and definitely don't expect them to accomplish it exactly like they would do it. They check in, give input if needed, but let them learn to lead.

Sometimes we don't realize how important leadership really is until we are faced with poor leadership. I want to give a shout out to all the leaders out there who work hard to make life easier & better for their staffs. Like teachers, they rarely get acknowledged for all they do!
