Today's design challenge was for my @HubsNHHS to figure out a way to contain the mess associated when an object comes into contact with a pool of simulated blood. I wanted to push them so we wrapped a textbook in plastic wrap to test the design...
My #students are #mocking#blood#spatter#patterns in lab this week. This is our high #velocity station. L droplets but some #misting patterns indicative of high velocity. Can definitely tell where the blood came from. Good thing im comfy handling a mouse trap. @HubsNHHS
Had a crazy week! Cell cakes with ultra structures in #IBBio and using #chemistry to make super #saturated solutions ("Magic Christmas Juice") so we can grow crystals on holiday ornaments. Even had our little HUBs join in. @HubsNHHS
