@btabarsimd @AdamMGrant 100% I firmly believe that for women and more so for black women, or women with compound identities, that it is a trauma response to being othered, credentialed, interrupted, passed over, underpaid, tone policed, and microaggressed over the span of their academic and work life.

And his recipe started with ‘take a whole bottle of bourbon…” and you had to gargle with it before swallowing it down. 😬🫢
