Google Docs just added a new feature that lets you add multiple tabs to the the same doc. If you are a Google Sheets user, this is very similar to the different sheets that appear on the bottom of your spreadsheet.

One of my better ideas: Making a a slide deck for subs and creating a short bitly link for it. The short link is always on my desk. I can update emergency lesson plans by editing the slides. Subs make their copy from my link and can edit as needed.
