I can’t help but be a little excited, that’s a lie, completely thrilled that a piece I wrote is in the TES. I’m a firm believer & advocate of parental involvement & am so proud of this. Happy reading everyone! @NiomiColleen @MissS_TeachLife@thinkpix_suze@NeilHawkes@TeachMrN
I’m thrilled to share that I’ve had some children’s bedtime stories published as ebooks on Amazon. They are dream starters, targeted at children aged 0-8, all about a young spider who is kind, thoughtful and courageous.

I’ve completed a second page summary of the fantastic book #retrievalpractice by @87History 🧠 I’d be more than happy to email out the PDF version if anyone would like to use it for CPD purposes! #edutwitter

In the heart of lockdown I wrote this blog, sharing how support can still be given to those who need it when they’re isolating. I’ve found it continues to be a versatile technique. @NexusEdUK #primary https://t.co/qsJow5wE5u

@TeachingAHT This is great! We began incorporating it during lockdown and it’s made a big difference. Wrote our whole sch Cur R-yr6 with this in mind and are now building on it. I think you’ll get a lot from it. Enjoy x
@JoeTreacy I’ve felt awful this week, despite having both vaccines & booster, Covid still got me. Rest!! Have lots of hot drinks, sleep sitting up and leaning to the left so your airway is clear, light loose clothing doesn’t feel as heavy (prob psychological but hey-ho) Feel better soon x
Positive Covid test this wknd so today I’m remote teaching my class while my own children home sch in a different room. This week is going to be an adventure that I was really hoping to avoid.

Todays Literacy Hook: there’s been a sighting of a dolphin in our school pond. What can we do? How can we help?
The children in Yr2 are absolutely captivated and I cannot wait to see how this develops!

@cully34 Climbing wall, archery, forest school, trip to local farm, street dance, orienteering, river walk, pond dipping, class hula competitions, the list continues and it’ll be great but it would be even better if it was dry.
🤞🏻 for it clearing up later.
Activity week begins today. 8 classes for the next 6 days are doing action packed, unusual, wonderfully enriching events … and it’s raining. Not just a gentle shower, it’s a deluge ☔️. After so much planning this is really frustrating! #primaryschool
