So, @GWRHelp ask me not to travel due to strike & to get refund. I apply for refund. They say send back unused tickets. I sent back unused tickets. Now they email and refuse my refund as I haven’t sent the tickets back. I HAVE but have no proof. Where do I stand? @BBCWatchdog

@RayeDanny I often have a title in mind in the early stages but learnt after my first novel to check on Amazon how many other books share the title! It’s easier to tell people to find it on Amazon if it’s not competing with a dozen other books of the same title.

@Shutterstock Argh, been billed for a plan I didn’t realise I’d signed up for. Now I can’t log in to my account to stop the auto renew as I’m not being sent a reset password link for an account I didn’t realise I had. Any ideas?
