I don’t think teachers will be remembered primarily for their lessons. I think they will be remembered for their energy... and their attitude... and their relationships.
Lessons are important... but they don’t tell the entire story. The legacy of a teacher is more than that.
If something is good for the SEND children in a class then in the vast majority of cases it's good for all the children, for example, reduction in clutter and visual noise, use of visuals timetables and a reduction in unnecessary language that complicates instructions #SEND

Your regular reminder that Autism & ADHD are not “labels.” They are legitimate diagnoses of complex neurodevelopmental conditions. In using the “label” slur, you are dismissing the physical, social & emotional challenges we face in a neurotypical society. It’s offensive. Stop.
Last year I was looking through a curriculum book at school and noticed pages where all the negative stuff: "she is angry" "he broke the window" etc. had the darker skinned kids while the "she's happy" "he did a good job" kind of stuff were all white kids.
