@DeputyGrocott It wasn’t a problem when I could leave it in my desk drawer but then I moved to a school which had fob entry and my fob was on my lanyard.

@Clarealot@waitrose Yet even there it is starting to look like a low-cost supermarket with spare stock in plastic packaging and cardboard boxes stored on the top shelf. I noticed the same in the Hailsham branch this week.
@moonrakerteach@miss_mcinerney About this time last year, I just knew one day that I’d had enough of the whole inspection shenanigans after 36 years in primary schools. Now happily retired with a few supply days here and there for the federation.
@moonrakerteach@miss_mcinerney I was HoS in a school graded outstanding in 2015. The pressure of maintaining that in the new framework led to me dropping down to Y6 teacher last year in another school that had just joined our federation of small schools.
