Shaping the Future of British Agriculture with BAPL's Landmark Manifesto โ
British Apples & Pears Ltd (BAPL) has crafted its first manifesto, a bold declaration of intent and vision for the UK's apple and pear growers. As the 2024 general elections loom, this document couldn't be more timely, offering a roadmap out of crisis and towards a flourishing future.
Facing increased costs and challenging market dynamics, BAPL's manifesto is a beacon of hope, laying out ten essential steps for governmental action. But what are these steps, and how can they revolutionise the industry?
We invite you to explore the details and dive deeper into our vision for a resilient, sustainable British apple and pear industry by visiting our website. Your support can help shape a brighter, greener future.

My #pgce student left today as she completed her #placement. I've enjoyed being 1 to 1 with her since January but can't help feeling sad that it wasn't as good as it should have been. Anybody #teachertraining, I hope you're ok! Onwards and upwards ๐ #teacherlife#remotelearning
A poem I wrote for y8.
My teacher taught us about poetry;
About stanzas and structure and rhyme.
I didnโt particularly enjoy it-
Another waste of my time.
Who needs to know about war photographers?
Itโs just a job like the rest.
Soldiers. Torture. Crying.
Dust mixes with tears so thick.

I watched a boy the age of my brother
Collecting a different kind of shell.
He delicately pocketed them like prizes
As he naively skipped through Hell.
Kids sharing computers and students needing to access materials at different times means that it is so important that PPTs have tasks clearly labelled. My #remotelearning resources all follow this structure and I'm not spending hours planning. #teacherlife#homelearning

The only thing I'm worried about having to show online is To Kill a Mockingbird. I made top set y9 read the entire thing with me from September and we are too excited to watch it! #teacher#remoteworking#school really hope I can work it out. ๐๐
Please share my YouTube channel for #macbeth and #achristmascarol revision videos. The Macbeth ones are proving popular and I hope to get ACC finished by January. ๐โค #teamenglish#GCSEs2021#revision https://t.co/vcFw5FSmm3
