Fourth graders are continuing their science unit on energy, exploring how energy can be stored as height. Students built roller coasters and found ways to keep the rider from being eaten by the alligator (but still having a fun ride!) @TraKeilty @gcs4mullen @MysterySci

Teaching in CT, my fourth graders had not heard of Clemson until this year; thrilled their goals are now to attend @ClemsonUniv eventually, and crazy-hair day includes dying their hair orange and purple!

This week 4s worked with sound! They learned that sound is a vibration and experimented with different cups and string to see what helped the sound transmit the best. @gcs4mullen @TraKeilty
