In my local area, there's one college or 6th forms unless young people are willing to travel. For this college, anyone starting on a level 2 course (eg plumbing) must do Eng&Maths GCSE

@stoneman_claire Absolutely agree with your every word. I also think that anyone leading behaviour has a perceived personality type, they're the "behaviour lead" when in reality the contextual knowledge and specific individualised strategy is key.

@DanielBundred Absolutely, tough decision between wanting to diversify the curriculum but also wanting to secure outcomes so it’s tempting to stick to what teachers have experience and expertise in.
