Behaviour Toolkit (v2) - a thread
I find it useful to have a simplified overview of high utility behaviour management strategies on my desk. I choose one or two each week that I’m going to make a conscious effort to improve.

In KS2 we’re using @padlet this year to track reading at home. Each week we’ll post a Qu they have to answer. These pics show last week’s - this week the chn have to write about a new word they’ve learnt from their book. Hoping it’s more engaging/manageable than reading records!
One of the bits of CPD this year which has had the most positive feedback is our T and L briefings where each week I remind staff of one strategy which feeds into our Great Teaching principles. None of these are my own ideas but I add any I hear in podcasts or in my reading 1/
