@trevord99464217@ScotRail No one is asking staff to work extra hours for something special to them. The Fringe is massive for Edinburgh to not have trains running slightly later is wild. Especially considering later trains run in Glasgow.
@ScotRail can you explain why you don’t have access to a toilet on the 22.49 service from Edinburgh - Garscadden? Also while you at it can you explain why the last train leaving Edinburgh to Airdrie is at 23.08? Can barley get a show in Edinburgh due to train times 😩
@trevord99464217@ScotRail It’s not the same as other modes of transport, that’s the point. We are fortunate enough to have other modes of transport but that’s not the case for everyone.
@trevord99464217@ScotRail To pay £32 for a return ticket and not have a toilet is ridiculous especially on a crowded train where the majority of people would have been drinking.
@RoworthJack If ques were accessible as they are in the states then it would have went the same was as Disney and people with physical disabilities would be excluded and only conditions that would cause overwhelming psychological distress would be accepted.
@RoworthJack Whilst I understand why they have had to reduce the RAP ques as simply they were no better than the normal Que at one point removing this access for people who need it is unfair and discriminatory.
Today I was blocked by a business for asking for clarification on their accessibility policy. The business claims that there is insurance to cover people with disabilities and this doesn’t extend to wheelchair users.
As a disabled user of the service I wanted to clarify when my disability would become an insurance liability for the company. Instead of clarification I was blocked from both business pages on Facebook 🥺
