I proceed to get our luggage. I put in a request to for luggage I’m told it could me 10min or 2hrs they have no way to know….WHAT?!? Meanwhile my husband gets a NOWHERE with the red coat. Hotel rooms at the Hilton are $867, this is insane.

or at our destination all day, not believing it’s weather. We go back to gate. Gate supervisor says we should be given hotel voucher visit a “red coat” at check in. My husband proceeds to check in, the line is insane. I proceed to get our luggage.
