@AutoNation 1/3 The service department has had my mini van for over 2 months and still can’t seem to figure out the problem. The communication is non existent unless we are constantly calling for updates.

@AutoNation 3/4 Monday evening, we call again. And they’re still putting things back together and didn’t test drive until after lunch Tuesday. Where another issue popped up and now there is more to be looked into. I can’t imagine the number of miles they’ve test driven it.
