If students aren’t getting enough physical education, movement, & recess, don’t blame them when they get restless, fidgety, & can’t focus in class. Children are active by nature & need to move. Exercise enhances focus, self regulation and brain performance.

@bernardmason Ha! My district has a heart rate monitor system similar to this where students can see how hard they are working and have their HR projected onto a screen. They can all see all the squares but we have the option to use names or numbers for confidentially if needed. #SMU622
