@Support I have been unable to access my personal account for over 2 weeks. I have tried your help pages but the form isn't solving the issue. Apparently I can't get DM support without a premium account. How can I get that if I'm locked out? Pathetic lack of support!

@X I have been locked out of my personal X account due to an MFA issue. I have reported this twice. Both times I have received an email to reset and have replied accordingly. I'm still await a response. Very frustrating as it is the communication tool used by my children's school

@O2 for the past 2 weeks my phone has been unable to make calls or receive calls. Swapped my husband's O2 SIM in and that worked. No joy with chat facility as it's always too busy to help!

@MathsRecoveryUK @SLCNumeracy So far I've given them to my own 7 & 8 year old boys to "play with". They loved them! Lots of chat around what it looked like, how the beads might be used, counting in 2s, 5s, 10s and 4s, and number bonds. They had a maths lesson and didn't even realise it....sneaky, sneaky! 😁
