My 2026 Resolutions🧵

I'm going with an 'R' theme because I love a themed event 💕

• Running🏃‍♀️ - 2 years ago I ran a 10k and then just stopped so I want to get my fitness back - Goals : run once a week, no excuses.
• Reading📚 - I just don't read much anymore and I'm ashamed - Goals : read 1 book a month at least.
• Religion✝️ - I need to step up my Bible study game and be a better Christian - Goals : 1 hour of Bible study a week, visit other Churches/Cathedrals whenever I can and step up more with our children's ministry.

I'm posting it here to keep myself accountable and will add my progress in the comments as the year goes on 😌

I can tell that Lent is approaching because I feel like I'm constantly being spiritually tested and letting my thoughts lose sight of Jesus. Constantly thinking of Colossians 3 to try and fix it 😪, maybe I'll sit and try to memorise it 🤔

This is a crazy take. I got PoTS at 18 after a measles booster vaccine. It was listed as a "fairly common" side effect. They've also done studies linking it to HPV and Covid vaccinations but the majority of female dx come after pregnancy because of blood volume doubling.

@NatureGirl_21 @Prolife_Sam I only half agree with you on this. I shared with my brother, who is almost 10 years older than me, for about 3 years and it was fine. There was some compromise and we had to work out a schedule of sorts so we had enough privacy but for the short term it worked
