I could really use some help raising funds for my local pregnancy center. My community means the world to me. We’re a smaller town and any support helps women and children in my area.

I oppose prolife legislation, as does every other abolitionists, @bradleypierce to @AbolitionRising and everyone in between.
Standing against iniquitous decrees is a foundational principle of abolitionism. Not a mere tactical difference or optional to us.
According to scripture, any bill that grants immunity to the mother OR a bill that grants unequal justice to the preborn based on age, development, sex, etc. is a wicked and sinful abomination before God. Therefore we are commanded to oppose it.
Love @GinnaCross’s work and thankful for her interview with Allie but I was surprised to hear her say this, too, because you’re correct that it is wrong.
Incrementalism is just as sinful as the second victim narrative is.
@caleblaplante Now I thought that to be an abolitionist, you weren’t allowed to support pro-life incrementalism at all, in any way. I thought that disqualified you.
I could be wrong!
I actually am 99% in agreement with abolitionists. The singular, only place we differ is that I believe that we should be using both tactics - pushing for abolition bills when we can, using pro-life bills as back up so that we save some lives rather than none if an abolition bill doesn’t pass.
@GinnaCross, I loved your interview with Allie but this part stuck out to me because I thought that I had seen abolitions advocate against pro-life legislation many times. I thought to myself, “oh, maybe I’m wrong”. But then I log into Twitter and see this.
I’d love to hear from some abolitionists -
Do you actively oppose pro-life legislation? Do you fight against it?
Obviously I know you *prefer* equal protection bills (I agree) but when that’s not currently on the table, are you also fighting against pro-life bills?
