P1 @StrathmorePS have started their @EmotionWorksCIC journey by learning about the orange cog. They drew black pen drawings showing different emotions that they know. Next steps are to apply their knowledge of emotion words to characters in stories.

Thank you @AsdaForfar for providing @StrathmorePS Garden Gang with some compost and bedding plants. The girls worked hard planting them up and the front of the school is looking lovely and colourful! 💐 🌹 🌸 🏵 🌼

@jennifer_garnes @StrathmorePS Not a problem-we didn't want to waste the last of the flowers in the raised beds & thought they would brighten up your day. P4 grew them,a P7 picked them, & then I believe volunteered a couple of P6s to deliver them?!Team work!🤣Soon, it'll be a bag of tatties on your desk...🤞🤣

Week 1 of @StrathmorePS Garden Gang done ✔️ We were too busy to get many photos, but it was a productive afternoon with 18 super keen children weeding in preparation for flowers at the front and veg in our raised beds. Plus,a tidy of the polytunnel was DEFINITELY needed!🌼🌹🥕🥔

@Seesaw the number of verification checks are delaying access to Seesaw and younger children are struggling to get logged in. I've just went through 16 screens of 'click on the bicycles' etc. Can this be reduced? @StrathmorePS love Seesaw but this is very frustrating!😪
