I shared my all time favourite poem with my class today! Chocolate Cake by the fabulous @MichaelRosenYes... they giggled and listened so intently! By playtime, children were taking some of my poetry books out to read on the playground... #RfP achieved! Love them 💜

Everyday, some children from my previous class visit me at lunchtime. They ask how I am and how my morning was. They tell me their class news, tell me to have a good afternoon and remind me that they will come back tomorrow and I must be there. Then, off they skip out to break!🥰

One of my creative Littles spent their time in breakfast club this AM and choosing time this PM creating shoes out of paper.

They did a little cat walk and had requests for shoes to be made in next week’s choosing time 👟

The Side Effects of Gems (with @_MissingTheMark).
We had a Reward Jar at my primary school. A large glass jar. If the class was well-behaved for the day a gem would be dropped in. If we got enough gems, then we got a reward. Nothing big, usually half an hour of golden time.1/

@Miss_Grimmer I’m currently doing my NPQ in leading behaviour and culture. It is doable in your own time but it’s online learning for majority of the study. If you prefer collaborative learning and discussion then pick the provider carefully because the one I chose doesn’t have much of that x
