4. We don’t know whether this was only an exceptional visit facilitated by the British Embassy in #Bahrain,or whether my father will be treated with greater respect to his human dignity from now on.

What we know is that, if anything, his access to medication & books has worsened

3. The visit only lasted 45mins, my family had to wait for 2 hours and not everyone was allowed in. It was almost cancelled until the #Bahrain prison administration compromised on the humiliating searches they demanded.

2. The visit to #JauPrison was facilitated by the British Embassy in #Bahrain at the request of my wife, a British citizen. However, the event was bittersweet as the visit was not conducted according to international standards.

1. This morning, after months of longing and anticipation, my father #FreeHassanMushaima was able to meet my wife and my daughter Zahra for the very first time in #JauPrison #Bahrain.

Tears were shed as my father hugged his granddaughter tightly.

٤. ولسنا نعرف لحد الآن هل سيتم حل ملف الزيارات العائلية بعد هذا اللقاء وفق الإجراءات التي تراعي الكرامة الإنسانية في الإجراءات والوقت الكافي أم أنها ستكون زيارة يتيمة، خاصة وأن موضوع علاج الوالد #الأستاذ_حسن_مشيمع واسترجاع الكتب ما زال معلقا.

٣.لم تتم الزيارة وفق معايير سليمة،فقد انتظرت العائلة لساعتين ولم يسمح للجميع بالدخول.كادت الزيارة أن تلغى بعد اعتراض الوالد على الاجراءات القمعية ومنها التفتيش المهين،وبعد مفاوضات عسيرة مع الإدارة،وافقوا على إلغاء التفتيش المهين والإصرار على الإجراءات الأخرى،وتمت الزيارة على مضض

٢. وبعد مرور٢٠ شهرا من الحرمان من الزيارة، فقد التقى والدي بالعائلة مدة ٤٥ دقيقة فقط.

وجاءت هذه الزيارة بعد طلب خاص تقدمت به السفارة البريطانية في #البحرين عن زوجتي وابنتي كونهما تحملان الجنسية البريطانية

١. أخيرا .. في غمرة من الشوق واللهفة والترقب، تمكنت زوجتي وطفلتي من رؤية والدي #الأستاذ_حسن_مشيمع بعد طول انتظار ومعاناة لثلاث سنوات.

استقرت طفلتي في أحضان والدي وسط مشاعر فياضة عبر عنها العناق الحار ودموع الحنين.

2. My grandpa, prisoner of conscience in #bahrain, still needs adequate medical care & access to books but I’m hopeful he’ll get this from the 15 MPs who vowed my daddy @AMushaima that they will raise his case in parliament & many others’ support.

1. I turned 6 months the same time my daddy @AMushaima returned home from outside the #bahrain embassy UK but I’m still dreaming to see my grandpa who’s been banned from family visits for 20 months.

البردولي بعد الاعتداء تواصل التضييق ليشمل:
- الحبس في الزنزانات ٢٣ ساعة.
- الاتصال مرتين بدل ثلاث مرات في الاسبوع.
- إلغاء الاتصال بالمحامي
- الزيارات بحاجز
