@AutismKeynes It’s not that simple. The weight of evidence needed for EHCPs & funding is massive. Plus not all children who need our help need an EHCP & some aren’t eligible for funding. We employed 1 temp TA partially funded by 2 children in EYFS. We need at least 3 more TAs.

Support staff meeting tonight. I listened to emotionally exhausted, underpaid TAs who are so passionate about their jobs but are all at breaking point. The school has no money for more staff, & too many children who demand but also deserve their time. #EYFS is hit hardest. 1/?

I don’t know how to help as #senco. I know things aren’t going to get easier. It’s such a difficult time to work in #education. There is no money, no time, too much pressure to achieve & very little practical help. I just know if my staff can hold onto the passion they have 3/?
