@hm_custserv Huge queues in my local store today. Mostly people returning online orders in-store to avoid the new £2.95 returns fee. Not enough till points as you’ve moved to self-service (which you can’t use for refunds). I’m going to think twice before ordering in the future.

@OctopusEnergy Hi I was recently moved to you from Shell. A few issues: 1) My latest bill only shows electricity usage. 2) You are estimating my the gas usage to be £8,146.65 per year. 3) You are suggesting increasing my DD to £769.15. It’s a 2 bedroom house. Can someone help?

@OctopusEnergy Hi our energy was transferred to you from Shell Energy on 14 Feb. Since 18 Feb, I’ve been unable to access any smart meter readings via the Octopus app (see photo). I emailed on Tuesday (21 Feb) to flag this and ask for help and haven’t had a reply. Can you help?

@naomicfisher When I delayed my child starting school, due to being summerborn, a number of schools said she would have to miss the whole Reception year and go straight into Y1. The logic in this when those same schools had a firm absence policy is ridiculous 🙄

@WorcsTravel Thank you. I think it’s worth the lights being timed to be on for longer going from Severn Stoke towards Upton. Big queue back past Birch Lane this morning, due to lots of vehicles coming from Kempsey temporary traffic lights in one go.

@WorcsTravel Hi, temporary fixed lights have appeared on the A38 through Severn Stoke today. The position of the signage alerting drivers to the lights needs reviewing in both directions and placing further out. You get very late warning and I’m worried it may cause an accident.
