I just signed to call on the Minister of Health for urgent funding for Kāpiti Youth Support. Will you join me? https://t.co/yIwpzZEaQC via @actionstation
@Edk8R I think the videos are a great idea! My 14 year old hates zooms as hates being on camera. I noticed her home economic teacher sends a video instead which works a lot better for my girl, from what I could hear of it the instructions were very clear too.
Nicola poses an interesting thought, what are your thoughts going forward post lockdown?? I am thinking at level 2 a lot of schools will need to address class sizes etc to adhere to social distancing rules #LOCKDOWN2020#education#edchatNZ#teaching#NewZealand#education
@njngarewa Prior to lock down my children's college cut down to shorter days, finishing at 1.30pm due to the reduction in staff. I am wondering how level 2 will look as surely at a large school in order to keep physical distancing smaller class sizes will be required.
@zebrazeus@edchatNZ Do you think it will be difficult to police who really 'needs' to send their kids? You'd like to think most would be sensible & keep them home if you can, but there will no doubt be parents of press schoolers desperate for a break
Kia Ora. Newbie to twitter here! I'm a 3rd year Bachelor of Teaching student studying digital learning. I've opted for twitter as my social media platform in order to discover its use in the world of education #DLRNG200#teaching#edchatnz#eLearning
