Going shopping in @Morrisons Wincanton is stressful! Too many people being allowed in the store, nobody following social distancing rules and actually had someone queue jump when we were leaving a big gap in front! Feels like we’re the only sensible ones! #coronavirus

Hang in there and if they say they’ll call you back, just say you’d prefer to arrange it there and then. The person on the phone can help you, there’s no need for their ‘specialist team’ to call you back. Good luck!

@BBCBreakfast I have tickets to the theatre in London today, but can’t go because I don’t want to risk contracting the #coronavirus, so am trying to be responsible. The theatre won’t exchange my tickets and my so called ticket protection insurance won’t issue a refund!
