@MartinSLewis 5 accounts, all joint. 1 - husbands wage in and all bills out, 2 - my wage in and from there split between accounts 3,4 and 5 , 3 - weekly budget account, 4 - savings/sinking fund, 5 - holiday account. All money shared out to all of the accounts. Works well for us

@lauz_h1 @MissDSays It's so hard. I've been 0.8 for 3 years but now I'm beyond the point of being ok with doing 100% of workload with a huge amount of add ons (with no time or additional allowances) for 80% of the pay so I've actually asked to go back full time!

@1985Deanne Our SEN school runs breakfast club everyday as the children arrive. I suspect the prolonged form time, compared to mainstream, gives us the opportunity to embed this effectively.

Any change needs to also include paying people the full TLR for doing a role 'even if' they are part time in school.

@UhmitsMissB @tsaw140482 Yes, in work 4 days, get paid 4 days and work a full day on my day off just to be able to manage balancing being a mum with a husband who works every other weekend. Full day PPA would effectively allow me to go back full time!
