@writtenbyhand We start with a prompt on the board: Mon. meditate, Tues/Wed/Fri we have a joke or a riddle, and Thurs we have a thoughtful Thursday journal prompt. When Ss finish they can do a quiet activity (read, write, draw, play dough, Lego, STEAM) until we’re ready to start the day.
