@MsSummer_M Hi Ms. Summer, I love your kinder centres!! I am teaching kinder this year and am gathering ideas. Can you pls let me know where you got those great lego letter cards? Thanks :)

[Ottawa Catholic School Board @OttCatholicSB]

Today our Kinders, Grades 1-3, and 7 will begin their #ocsbFirstDay either in-person or online. And tomorrow it will be Grades 4-6 and 8's turn. We're so happy to see you!

But remember, this is a big transition for many, so let's take it slow, be patient and kind! 🍎💻💕🙏

This is a real classroom with 25 people sitting at desks, they are less than a metre apart and 8 people are missing - 33 students are scheduled to be in this room! This is NOT social distancing! This is not putting our students first!!!!!! #UnsafeSeptemberON @fordnation @Sflecce

Good morning grade 6 parents and students!! I sent an email to you yesterday with updates and links. Remember to check your school email accounts. I will be touching base with each of you this week. Remember to keep it light and have fun learning 🤓

[kim Lacelle @KimLacelle2]

Puts it all in perspective. Let’s keep it light. Virtual tours, hands on activities, reading, digital math games, board games. I mentioned my daughter, an ICU nurse. They’ve just added 37 more beds and additional training. She knows about keeping it light for her kids.#ocsbBeWell

Dear parents and caregivers, you’re doing great. In this time of uncertainty, do what feels right for your family and don’t sweat the small stuff. Focus on conversation, focus on connection, focus on making positive memories with your kids. We see you, you’ve got this 💪

[Mrs. Zackrias (Bentham) @MrsZackrias]

This is a great reminder to focus on what is most important! #ocsbBeWell

As March Break ends, educators feel the dramatic shift in the rhythm of our lives and the lives of our students. This reflection, from a NOLA teacher who worked through Katrina, brings a comforting perspective to our new reality. #ocsbBeWell #ocsbBeCommunity #ocsb

Hey parents...quick & fun #STEM activity with your kids:
1️⃣grab a phone with Slo-Mo
2️⃣find some objects to drop
3️⃣everyone guess which falls faster
4️⃣drop them
