@PGCE2023 @smurph1905 @MrTs_NQTs I used to too. But I wouldn't be working on a Sunday, getting in an hour early, staying most nights over an hour later and then going home and switching on when the kids are in bed. On repeat.

As an ECT1 I keep hearing the phrase "It will get better when..."
-you build relationships with the kids.
- you complete your first term.
-after your first parents evening
-when a unicorn tap dances across the classroom.

@smurph1905 @MrTs_NQTs I find it insane that my contracted hours are 32.5 hours and then everything on top that has to be done outside those hours. No other industry would get away with it

@robertjnixonRNX @MrTs_NQTs That's such good advice. I really struggle with prioritising as it's hard to work out whats important. And alot of times things change and all the worrying/work is for nothing
