Today in journalism, we did some test prep using a quiz quiz trade activity for our end of unit exam! Studying can be fun when you are up and moving and getting to interact with classmates! @SouthWarrenHigh

Teaching is a labor of love! I know it will take practice to put the teaching strategies I’ve learned into action, but my heart for students is already strong! It got me through the fun & hard days this semester just like I know it will for years to come! #wkucept@DrMargarella
I can’t believe this semester is coming to a close and that I am finished with my first placement! I am so grateful for @DrakesCreekMS @AleeciaMoss and @DrMargarella for helping me get through a semester I was nervous to begin! I’ve learned so much! Go gators & go tops! #wkucept
I got to teach my 2nd fully planned out lesson! The “A Midsummer Night’s Jeopardy” game was a hit! It was so fun to tap into students’ competitive natures! I have much to learn, but it was encouraging to see how much more confident I felt this time around! #wkucept@DrMargarella
Getting excited to teach my next lesson this week! Students are going to work on their comprehension skills as they play a Jeopardy-like game over Act One of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”! #wkucept@DrMargarella
This week, I got to lead students through an activity based on Sonnet 130 where they drew the lady Shakespeare described using specific pieces of imagery from the poem! We also got to talk about beauty standards in the 1500s which they got a kick out of!
