@Brabantia bought your washing line (huge fan of your products) and used the stake that came with it. But the line itself feels too big for the hole so it moves in the hole and therefore leans. Any suggestions?

@MartinSLewis I’m sure you’d be interested in hearing how @virginmedia fraudulently signed me up for a new contract for over double the monthly price. Claiming I called them to do it yet providing no evidence of such call. Wonder who else has been scammed this close to Christmas.

So @virginmedia like to claim you called them to request a new 18 month contract. However apparently you called at 18:17pm yet the new documents were emailed at 18:03 a full 14 min before you rang. I call fraud.

@virginmedia Oh yes I’m aware of what’s supposed to happen. And yet none of that did. I’ve been entered into a new 18 month contract without my consent. 28 days is ridiculous when I’ve just had a new bill, double my normal price due just before Xmas. You’re a bunch of criminals.

@virginmedia So still no update. No cancellation of these unauthorised changes. And no follow up from my complaint. I guess I’ll be reporting this to Trading Standards as I’m pretty sure signing someone up to an 18 mth contract without consent is illegal.

@virginmedia I’ve been on the live chat for 2.5hrs this morning without resolution. I’ve logged a complaint but no one is taking this security breach seriously.
