Reflective morning-yesterday I had the opportunity to collaborate with @katiemartinedu & work to improve my coaching skills as I venture along in my coaching as a #fcpsvanguard

To wrap up our weather and climate unit, students built hurricane proof structures and tested the durability of their structures in various wind speeds and rain (simulated by an industrial fan and our sink!)

Today students worked with the artists of Enhance Arts to show a dream they’ve had in clay. Bonus! They counted out and added “treasures” to their art. One student even used her subitizing strategies to ensure she had 5! #fcpsFAST #oneWaverley
