@MFishbowl @JonVigliotti It's not really either. This is an enormous fire that is spreading quickly due to EXTREMELY high winds. There just physically isn't enough firefighters to be addressing fires in every home. Instead, they're focusing on trying to contain the fire rather than putting it out ATM
