@DVLAgovuk I used the contact service on 18th December expecting a reply within 24 hours as advertised. Still nothing. My Deed Poll and Private Reg certificate is still missing. I am getting nowhere. 😫😓 #frustrated

@DVLAgovuk absolutely furious at the state of my Deed Poll Certificate which has been returned like this. Obviously the person putting it in the envelope, stuck the envelope to it. Disgraceful. How do I complain?
