@IcelandFoods Told it won’t be out today either and will be delivered tomorrow. No contact made by the store AGAIN meaning I have to call to find out what’s happening. Disgusting lack of service! Never again.
@IcelandFoods I understand van breakdowns can’t be helped but it is poor customer service to neglect to inform customers that they will not be receiving their shopping today!
I had to phone to find out why my delivery is late only to be told I wont be getting my order :(

@sainsburys would be nice if you bothered to tell customers that digital gift cards weren’t working since 7.30 this evening with some signage in store! Complete waste of my evening shopping only to find I couldn’t use my voucher! Back to @Tesco I go!!! 😡

@TUIUK I haven’t returned yet. We are on day 1 of a 5 day trip and it’s already been terrible. I will be raising a complaint when we get back though and cancelling my other bookings with TUI this has ruined my faith in the company.
@TUIUK Absolute shambles of what was meant to be a dream trip to New York for my husband’s 50th birthday. No transfer, wrong hotel and info given for Heathrow parking. I’m now several £100’s out of pocket and fuming! I will never book with you again.

I asked which vegetarian items they had and was sold what I told was a bean and cheese bake. I’ve just bitten into what was a sausage, bean and cheese bake 🤢
@LukeHarding18@MrAndrewTeacher As a side note. My child has had a statement of educational needs/EHCP since age 3. The LA were responsible for providing her with suitable provision. For 2 years I home educated as there was nowhere for her to go which met her needs. There are many parents who have to do this.
@LukeHarding18@MrAndrewTeacher It is my responsibility, of course. It was my responsibility to put my career on hold to ensure she had suitable provision first and foremost. Unless you have fought the system for your child it's hard to imagine how difficult it is for parents who do take responsibility.
